At Villa Bossi, the Lake Varese event took on an intimate yet far from secondary character. The atmosphere of the meeting encouraged direct and sincere exchange among professionals, bringing to the surface some of the most delicate issues for the future of the Private Events Industry.

Here, the WIM Tour once again showed its purpose: not merely creating opportunities for contact, but generating spaces where relationships become tools for interpretation, discussion and growth. Within the setting of the villa, different experiences came together around a shared need: making the sector more recognizable and better protected.

The round tables highlighted the lack of a system capable of validating skills, professionalism and quality standards. The absence of a shared reference point weighs both on relationships among operators and on the dialogue with final clients, who often struggle to navigate very different proposals.

This fragility is accompanied by a cultural issue. Work does not always take place in truly collaborative environments centered on the client. In some cases, short-term commercial logic, price competition and unclear communication prevail, amplified by a superficial use of social media.

Personal and corporate positioning was also central to the discussion. Many professionals recognize the difficulty of describing their service precisely, identifying the correct target and communicating to the market what truly makes their offer distinctive.

The solutions discussed point to the creation of practical tools: portals, certification systems and shared guidelines, ideally also supported by institutions. The objective is to make quality more recognizable and to give clients clearer parameters for making choices.

Professional culture was identified as a decisive factor. Knowing one’s value, studying the market, communicating responsibly and building reliable relationships are essential steps to strengthen both individual operators and the entire supply chain.

In this perspective, the planner assumes a central role: not only as an organizational figure, but as a guide capable of supporting the client, coordinating expertise and contributing to the overall quality of the experience.

The event was produced by White Notes, with the contribution of a network of partners who shaped the entire day. Rossella Putino curated the photographic narrative, Le Gourmet di Tondini handled the catering, and TiEvent managed the service. The floral identity was entrusted to Vertuani Fiori, while Magnolia accompanied the meeting with musical entertainment.

The digital storytelling was followed by La Dolce Vita Content Creator, completing a contemporary narrative of the event. Representing the style of the territory, the ateliers Daniela De Souza, Carosi Moda and Via Donizetti introduced a fashion component combining tradition and aesthetic research.

Lake Varese offers an essential reflection: quality cannot remain an implicit value. It must be recognized, communicated, verified and supported by a credible system of relationships. Only in this way can professionalism become truly visible.
