From 18th to 20th November 2026, WIM Event returns to Florence for its eighth edition, bringing together more than 400 private events professionals from Italy and international markets.

WIM Event Archive
Every edition of the WIM Event has marked a fundamental step in the growth of the project and of the entire industry. From the 2018 debut at Villa Corsini, with around 150 participants from the Tuscan market, to the most recent national and international editions featuring over 400 operators and hundreds of companies, every year has brought new content, new connections, and new visions.
The WIM Event Archive collects the most significant moments of every edition: talks, roundtables, experiential networking sessions, photo galleries, and the key takeaways from each edition's discussions. From 2018 to 2020 the focus was on the Tuscan market, with the Villa Corsini editions and the online edition during the Covid period; from 2021, with the Siena stop and then the 2022–2024 and 2025 editions held in Florence over three days of work, the event established itself as a reference point for the national and international market.
Browsing the archive means tracing the evolution of the WIM Event year after year, discovering how content, format, and participation have helped build an increasingly authoritative platform for the private events supply chain.
