WIM Fashion is born, the first Italian platform dedicated to celebratory fashion

Milan, June 30, 2026 – WIM Fashion is born, the new vertical of WIM – Where Ideas Meet dedicated to Italian celebratory fashion. Presented today in Milan by Tommaso Corsini, CEO and Founder of WIM, the project aims to shine a spotlight on a sector that represents one of the most significant expressions of Italian manufacturing excellence but which, until now, has never had a structured representation, dedicated data, or permanent tools for observation and analysis.

Indeed, bridal, ceremony wear, and occasionwear constitute an ecosystem composed of over a thousand ateliers, fashion houses, shops, and distributors active in Italy and international markets—a true heritage of creativity, craftsmanship, and expertise that contributes to bringing the value of Made in Italy to the world and finds one of its main economic and cultural drivers in private celebrations. A sector that, despite the role it plays in promoting Italian excellence worldwide, has never been narrated as a supply chain with its own identity and representation. From this awareness comes WIM Fashion, the first Italian infrastructure that recognizes celebratory fashion as a vertical of the Private Events Industry, systematizing research, content, relationships, and networking opportunities.
